General Information2026The 53rd Annual Scientific and Technology Conference of the American Auditory Society will be held at the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Scottsdale, Arizona on February 26 - 28, 2026. The conference will be in-person only (no virtual attendance option). Click here to view the conference program.  Miralina Resort & Villas Attendees can contact the Miralina Resort & Villas to reserve a room through (800) 832-2025. Be sure to reference the AAS 2026 Annual Meeting to secure our special group rates. Room types and rates are: Standard rooms at $259/night, Villa Suites at $299/night, Patio Suites at $299/night, and Bi-Level Suites at $409/night. These special rates will be accepted until January 23, 2026, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Click here to reserve a standard room online. Bellman gratuities of $10.00 per person, round trip and maid gratuity of $3.00 per room night will be posted to the individual's room folio. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), served by over 20 domestic and international carriers, is 11 miles from the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. Ground transportation is available via taxicab, rental cars, and limousines at all terminals. Average one-way taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is approximately $35 - $40. All major car rental companies are represented at Sky Harbor International Airport.
