As part of our mission to support the next generation of researchers and clinicians in hearing and balance healthcare, we invite you to attend an online mentoring seminar on Friday, October 23 at noon-2 pm Eastern/9-11 am Pacific time.  The goal of the seminar is to discuss and share ideas regarding areas of mentorship that were identified in a recent survey to students and post-doctoral members.  An announcement is attached with speakers and topics.

Overview talks by current AAS President, Sumitrajit (Sumit) Dhar and Student Mentoring Chair, Lisa Hunter will be followed by team-led breakout rooms.  Participants will have the chance to change breakout rooms halfway through the session.  We have an outstanding group of experienced researchers who will lead discussions in the breakout rooms, offer their perspectives and interact with small groups of students, post-docs and early stage researchers and clinicians.  We hope you will not only join us, but also invite your peers, who may not yet be a part of AAS. Registration is free of charge, so please register early in case interest exceeds our online capabilities.
